Now some of you will be brand new to Paradise falls, others will have already bought a box - heck you might be fully fledged Paradise Falls veterans! But we're here today to give you a bit of information on exactly what we do, who we are and what we're all about. We hope every one of you learns something new today! So here we go...
What exactly is Paradise Falls Mail?
Paradise Falls Mail is an independently run, non profit magical mystery box. It's subscription free meaning you can order as and when you'd like! On the first of every month, a themed Paradise Falls Mail box will become available on our website. In placing an order, you are pre-ordering a box which will be shipped on the 1st Monday of the following month. Still with us? Here's an example for you. It's the 1st July and today, Augusts mystery box goes on sale - yay! You place an order and your box will be shipped on the first Monday in August. We ship everything 2nd Class signed for with Royal Mail and currently, postage is only available to UK addresses. Your box costs £25 plus £4.99 postage and packing.
What do you mean it's non profit?
Paradise Falls Mail makes zero profit. Nothing. Nada. Zip! We organise, pack and ship your boxes free of charge meaning every penny you pay goes into the creation of the box itself! Your payment will cover the cost of the box and its components along with the products inside. You're not paying us to make the box so you can rest assured you're getting great value for money! Speaking of value for money, you'll receive 4-7 products in your box worth at least £40! That's because each of the small businesses participating will provide us their product at a discounted rate - just for you!
What's in the box?
We know what you're thinking - what's in the box?! Each month we try and make it different! You'll always receive a unisex style tee but every other product varies each month so you have a variety of things from us. While we try our best, some of our boxes can be pretty feminine in nature so please bear this in mind before you order. We've had everything from mugs and cups to pencils and pens to pins and pizza cutters! We source our products from small businesses, usually within the UK, to really showcase what you can get when you step away from big chain stores.

Shopping with small businesses is not only great for the economy, but you're supporting someone's dream. Your order is lovingly made by a real person who wants to make sure you're getting something amazing. Their creativity and passion has driven them to produce something which they love and they hope you will too! We ensure that all the products going into the box are amazing quality so that you can place your order safe in the knowledge that we've got your back!
Who are the shops involved?
We reach out to small businesses regularly, as well as having small businesses getting in touch with us! We try and include as many of them as possible although it really depends on the value of their product and how we can fit them with each specific theme. We have had a whole bunch of amazing shops take part so far (we'll be adding interviews with them all really soon!) and you can check out our instagram to see the products they included for us.
How can I support small businesses?
When you order the Paradise Falls Mail box, you're already supporting the small business community but it's not all about buying. There are lots of easy ways you can help small businesses with really little effort! If you're not buying a box, click on our insta post detailing those involved and go check them out! If they look like something you're interested in - give them a follow! Social media is a super important tool for small businesses and things like following, liking and commenting really go a long long way. Comment on a post to let them know you're a fan! Share a product you love in your stories. Small acts of kindness mean an awful lot to a small business. If you are buying a box - be sure to tag the shops involved in any stories or posts you share. They love seeing them and so do we!
Why did Paradise Falls Mail start?
The creator behind Paradise Falls spent a lot of time speaking to really amazing small business owners who were just finding it difficult to get themselves out there! Wanting to connect small businesses with amazing customers, Paradise Falls was born one afternoon in August 2018. With the first box going on sale September 1st, it has since sold out every month and been widely praised by both businesses and customers! The work force behind the box prefers to stay anonymous in order to keep the spotlight on those shops participating and the box itself.
What should I expect if I buy a Paradise Falls box?
You should expect an amazing surprise! Treating yourself, or a friend to a Paradise Falls box is a great way to get magic mail with a bit of mystery! We know you'll get great value for your money and we'll introduce you to shops you never knew about making products you didn't know you needed! You can sit back and enjoy your treats guilt free knowing that you have made someone do a happy dance, you've put money back into the UK economy and you've helped someone's dream stay alive another day.
